Description for luxury vehicle Three 'Little' Indians... Very Rare Kings Mountain Era Indian Chief Motorcycles

normal"> I was a Chassis Design Engineer
employed by Indian Motorcycle from 2007-2010 responsible for the design and
specification of approx. 400 parts including the Frame, Swingarm,
Exhaust, Foot Controls, Wheels, Brakes, Suspension, Highway Bar, Caliper Covers
plus many other bits & pieces.

normal">All three Indians are in very good running order with clear NC titles in my name.  These are museum quality 'blue chip' investment grade motorcycles with a unique history and provenance worthy of any world class collection.

normal"> 2009 Chief Vintage (w/Passenger Pillion) @ 671miles

normal"> One of  One... referred to internally as the
“SJ Special” this bike was built for the Chairman of Indian Motorcycle Co. per his
specifications.  It was exported to the UK then Italy in 2009 where it resided
at his summer villa until I brought it home in Feb. 2017.  Note
the 'Deluxe' tank with Indian War Bonnet plus every possible leather
accessory available in 2009 including a very rare (prototype) Black & Tan leather
wrapped dash not available for retail sale.  A signed copy of  the 'American V' magazine, a prominent UK motorcycle rag, showcasing this bike on its cover with a comprehensive 5-page article about the return of Indian Motorcycle will be included along with a set of Black Hard Bags (also very rare...).  (only 460 Chiefs
produced in 2009)

normal">2010 Chief Vintage (w/Luggage Rack) @ 4,217 miles

normal"> Also (1 of 1) as the only Chief
'Vintage' in 2010 configured with Black 60-Spoke wheels from the factory.  This was my
personal bike I purchased new in 2011.  In addition to numerous
factory leather accessories, I installed a stage 2 ECU, removed the muffler
baffle assembly and installed a larger air cleaner for more air flow.
This ECU was developed by our R&D team but never released for retail sale
due to the pending acquisition by Polaris Ind.  Only three of these 'modified' ECU’s exist…!  All original OEM take-off parts including the
muffler, ECU, Muffler Tip, Windshield, Bike Cover, etc. will be included.  (only 340 Chiefs produced in 2010)

normal">2011 Chief Blackhawk Dark @ 1,319

normal"> Limited Edition 110th Anniversary (VIN# 0004) previously owned by ‘American Picker’ Mike Wolfe.  This
example was built on the 3rd day of production in Kings Mountain, NC then
transferred to Polaris Ind. with the acquisition of IMC.  Polaris “sold”
the bike to Mike Wolf in 2012 who at the time was an ambassador for
Indian Motorcycle Co.  You’ll see Mike riding this Indian Blackhawk on Season 7, Episode 6 of
American Pickers (2012).  Approx. 50 Indians were
built in Kings Mountain prior to Polaris resuming production in Spirit Lake, IA later in August
2011.  I'm told less than 20 Blackhawk Dark examples were built with a combined Kings Mountain
and Polaris production of only 109 Indians in 2011…!

normal"> The Fuel Injected Power Plus 105ci
(1,720cc) Engine has proven to be very powerful and dependable.  The 6-speed
transmission was built by Baker, the brake system from Brembo and suspension
from Fox (rear) and Paioli (front).  The entire motorcycle was built from the very best
components and each one was hand assembled by two master artisans from bare
frame to completed motorcycle in two days.  The fit and finish of the Kings Mountain Indian Chiefs
is legendary and has never been duplicated due to the shear man hours that this
build process required.

In all only 1,134 Kings Mountain
designed Chiefs were ever built from 2009 to 2013 making these the rarest Indians in the history of the brand.  In fact, many are now in
collections all over the world.  2011 is the last year the Chief was built
in Kings Mountain, NC with subsequent KM designed bikes built in Spirit Lake, IA
under the stewardship of Polaris Ind. who purchased the Indian brand in April

This is a chance to own not only a
rolling work of art, but to also own an important part of Indian Motorcycle
history.  To have the chance to purchase not one but three exceedingly rare Kings Mountain Chiefs
with as much provenance is a once in a lifetime opportunity...!

0in">I highly encourage you or your designate to inspect these beautiful
Indians in person.  Absent that, I have done my best to accurately
represent these  motorcycles to you.  That said, I am obviously not
able to offer any warranty on these Indians.

0in">I require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to be paid via PayPal within 24
hours.  The buyer is responsible for securing and paying for
shipping/transportation arrangements for the motorcycles.  I
will work with the buyers transportation company to ensure a smooth and safe
loading of the motorcycles.

0in">Feel free to call me with any questions you might have.

0in">If you are a marketing firm, please respect that I do not need or desire
any help selling my Indians. Thank you in advance for not calling!
